has sought to educate people on the benefits of cannabis and the courts

Rowinski is an agronomist with over 25 years of professional experience in
green industries including Turf & Ornamental, Greenhouse, community AG,
hydroponic production, Organic Farming, Fruit & Vegetable production and
“Big AG”. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Crop & Soil Science from Michigan
State University with a focus on Plant Breeding and Biotechnology. Ryan
will be speaking about the history of Industrial Hemp agriculture, agronomy of
Industrial Hemp, legislative issues, market considerations and some “next
steps” for Michigan Industrial Hemp.
Ryan was part of the original MIHemp advocacy
group who helped establish the first Michigan Hemp legislation in 2014. Ryan is
focused on the rational implementation of Industrial Hemp as an agricultural
commodity in Michigan.
International Hemp Law Since graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Jeff has worked as a lawyer and consultant representing clients in matters involving environmental and human rights, business and commercial litigation, contract and criminal law, and trans-border litigation. He also advises individuals and companies doing business in Latin America, primarily Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. Updates and Closing A member of the American Bar Association (ABA),NACDL, and Recorders Court Bar Association, Michael also provides mentoring for juvenile clients who have had involvement with the criminal justice system.
