The meetings location was held at the Royal Oak VFW. Some of the proceeds were given to the VFW through services and donations.

Many folks pioneering in Hemp Industries gathered to discuss an array of topics from mycotoxins to legislation to future co-ops.

Here’s some of what you missed if you did not attend.

We also had Farmer Joe Brown (Brown Farmacy) share his experiences and talk about processing services for hemp.

We would like to thank Bratic Lighting for sponsoring the event. Steve Bratic was unable to attend this meeting but I am sure he would have had a lot of good news to tell us about LED lighting and cost saving equipment.

USDA Representative, Savannah HalleauxUSDA, Veteran and Farm business brought in informational handouts and booklets hot off the presses from the USDA and reclarify a lot of language that has been recently released by the Department of Agriculture.

Closing out the evening we had Mr. Adam Rosenberg (Green Wolverine) share his experience of farming and harvesting hemp in North Carolina.
