On April 20, 2019… thousands of people attended the the 420 event at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant Michigan to learn about the business opportunities in the cannabis and hemp industries.
The crowd was diverse and consisted of business minded people looking to see how they could get into the industry.
Michigan Hemp Industries was there and spoke to numerous farmers and processors who were just learning at that moment that Governor Whitmer just approved an AG-Pilot program to grow hemp this year.

Michigan Hemp Industries will be holding another meeting in May and on the agenda will be membership and board presentations. We will also be discussing the Farmer’s Bill of Rights and pressing the Governor and MDARD for regulations adjustments to further protect the farmer and processors.
Tentative date is May 29th 2019 (6-8pm) in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
